• Pre-requirement:
  1. WSE6.2 installed successfully
  2. Run E2E scenario successfully
  
  Reproduce-steps:
  1. Start DC
  2. Access http://9.181.86.97:8777/datacapture/debug
  3. Click "Download all files in Zip format" link
  
  Expect-result:
  dc_debug.zip will be generated and it contains
  %CONTROLLER%_*.log, dc_debug.html, StateSnapshot_*.xml,
  Trace_*.trc, all log details are valid
  
  Actual-result:
  dc_debug.zip generated, but I found no contents saved in
  dc_debug.html
  
  cause:
  dts java implementation calls different methods internally
