Error description

• When using BiDi the tabbing order for input fields is different
  then the host tabbing order.

  5250 RTL screens are different from regular screens in tabbing
  order that goes from right to left on each row of controls.
  BIDI code patches the regular tabbing order by changing the
  tabIndex attribute of relevant HTML elements.
  The algorithm is based partly on HTML element's vertical
  offset that is relying on "position: relative" style. This
  style hasn't been set for "password" fields thus causing
  the "password" field being skipped in new tabbing order.
  

Problem conclusion

• Assign "position: relative" style to "password" fields.
