APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer has defined an input field as a group of radio button
  item selections.  The host is receiving garbage data in this
  input field instead of any of the selected valid values.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Garbage was being displayed in an       *
  *                      input field that was rendered as a      *
  *                      radio button (data entry).  This data   *
  *                      was then sent to the host and caused    *
  *                      an invalid data error message.          *

  This problem occurred because one of the list item values
  assigned to the radio button widget was only a space.
  

Problem conclusion

• The javascript file, lxgwfunctions.js, was changed to correctly
  
  radio button elements, and to ensure that the correct values
  are sent to the host.
