  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In certain situations using a Default   *
  *                      Rendering tag to transform a host       *
  *                      field with data in it can cause the     *
  *                      field to be displayed with no text      *
  *                      on the HATS transformation.             *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The rendering set for the Default Rendering in HATS can
  contain multiple components to match on the host screen.
  In certain situations some components were being used
  even though the area of the screen being rendered did not fall
  within the region that the component was supposed to be
  evaluating.  As a result the wrong component was matching the
  screen region and preventing the appropriate component
  from matching.
  

Problem conclusion

• The wrong component in the rendering set used by the Default
  Rendering was matching the host field.
  As a result the correct component was not able to match
  the field and display as a user would expect.
  The rendering logic for the components used in the
  Default Rendering was modified to prevent them from
  running when they do not apply to the specified region of
  the screen.
