  Using Lotus Expeditor on Windows Vista, Error 0x8007005
  (access denied) occurs when trying to load SyncHllapi.dll.
  This error only occurs for Wndows Vista.

  This problem has been reported in Windows Vista where HOD
  is installed in Lotus Expeditor.
  When synchllapi.dll loads, an access denied exception error is
  thrown. This dll file, used by HOD Ehllapi bridge, is loaded
  when Ehllapi is invoked by HOD when the session starts.
  

Problem conclusion

• Windows XP and Vista have different behavior. The access token
  value was setup using a Null value. This worked fine for XP,
  but for Vista, an Access denied Error was returned by the API.
  Using Null DACL (Discretionary Access Control List is not
  recommended since it could release access restrictions, so the
  code was modified to adhere to recommendations and now the
  problem does not occur.
