Error description
In WebSphere MQ V7, the Confirm On Arrival (COA) report messages are put with blank PutTime, PutDate values.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: WMQ V7 users who use COA report messages Platforms affected: All Distributed (iSeries, all Unix and Windows) **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: The message descriptor (MQMD) values for PutDate, PutTime and Userid are not set for the COA report messages. This happens because the PMO option field prepared to put the COA messages holds some incorrect value and this in turn causes the MQMD field to be blanked out.
Problem conclusion
