  1. Function keys like 'PFXX' (where XX is hindi numbers) were
  not recognized.
  2. Function keys containing LamAlef in caption string
  generated an index-out-of bound exception.
  

Problem conclusion

• To fix the first problem the change has been made in
  'createPossibleKeys' & 'expandDelimiters' methods of
  'FunctionKeyComponentBIDI' class to perform special
  handling of Arabic characters.
  
  2. To fix the second problem, methods 'findFunctionKeysInRow2'
  and 'findFunctionKeysInRow' from class 'FunctionKeyComponent'
  were changed to check for arabic rows.
