IC59243: DEFINING PPRC PATH CAUSED ERROR IWNH1002E AND RETURN CODE 0F53

APAR status

• Closed as suggestion for future release.

Error description

• Reconfiguration of DS8K caused SSID of LSS's to change. However,
  TPC-R database is not updated for the new SSID on LSS 00,but
  updated for other LSS's . As the result, when using TPC-R GUI or
  CSMCLI to define PPRC paths (for GM in this case) on LSS 00, the
  command failed because using the incorrect SSID on LSS 00 that's
  stored in TPC-R database
  
  Example:
  dscli command on ds8k shows SSID of LSS 00 is 4000 in hex

  which is B000 in hex

  RECREATE STEPS:
  - reconfigure the DS8K
  - Define GM paths for LSS 00 using TPC-R GUI or CSMCLI
  - fail with error IWNH1002E and return code 0f53

• An change to a SSID value for a DS8K LSS is not being updated
