Error description
IF DBCS data is input at the last byte of a mixed field data may be lost and cursor is moved to second position of the next SBCS field. If DBCS data is input as last 2 bytes of a mixed byte field then the final character is pasted into the next SBCS field, and the cursor is placed at the second position of that field.

Problem conclusion
Function was added to remove the pseudo SO/SI when send exceeds maximun length of field.
