Error description

• IF DBCS data is input at the last byte of a mixed field data
  may be lost and cursor is moved to second position of the next
  SBCS field.  If DBCS data is input as last 2 bytes of a mixed
  byte field then the final character is pasted into the next
  SBCS field, and the cursor is placed at the second position of
  that field.

  Pseudo SO/SI code was added in mixed field to count data
  length, and it was not removed when send exceeded the
  maximum length of the field.
  

Problem conclusion

• Function was added to remove the pseudo SO/SI when send
  exceeds maximun length of field.
