APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Funtions keys not rendering when <> are used as delimters.
  

Local fix

• Edit the transformation and add >|> to the Delimiter under
  Function key settings.

  The angle brackets are saved as &lt. and &gt. within
  the component tag in a transformation jsp.   The
  HATS runtime is not converting those values back into
  < or > before trying to recognize the function keys.
  

Problem conclusion

• HATS runtime needs to convert the &lt. and &gt. symbols into
  < and > when processing a HATSComponent tag.
