Error description

• Defining path for HP MSL series library can fail with error:
  ANR8300E I/O error on library LIB (OP=8401C054, CC=321, KEY=FF,
  ASC=FF, ASCQ=FF, SENSE=**NONE**, Description=An undetermined
  error has occurred).  Refer to Appendix C in the 'Messages'
  manual for recommended action.
  ANR8441E Initialization failed for SCSI library LIB.
  
  A PVR MMS trace would show errors after issuing ioctl
  LIBRARY_INVENTORY

  expected 88
  
  This problem is caused by a newer firmware level which returns
  information TSM is not expecting.
  
  TSM Versions Affected: All supported versions on any platform

Local fix

• Open a call to TSM support to obtain an interim fix or lower
  firmware to level 503
