IC52748: TSM SERVER CRASH AFTER TSM SERVER COMMAND DELETE DRIVE

Error description

• Under unique circumstances when information (Serial Number,
  WWN, devicename) is changing for a SAN-attached drive and the
  TSM server command UPDATE DRIVE is issued prior to a DELETE
  DRIVE (please note that UPDATE DRIVE may be issued long before
  DELETE DRIVE), the TSM server may crash immediately following
  DELETE DRIVE with the following call stack:

  during the time of the crash:

  ANR9999D Attempt to destroy non-idle condition variable; thread
  XXXXX (tid X)
  .
  Where XXXXX will be a unique thread number and X will be a
  unique transaction ID.
  .
  This condition is rare.  If this crash is observed, please send
  the core dump in to TSM Support for analysis and apply the
  fixing level.
