Error description

• Configuring the TSM Management Console Monitor to perform
  notifications may cause the messages to be truncated and not
  sent altogether if the "Test" button is used.  Specifically, the
  message pop up may be truncated from the following three lines
  of text:
  
  Message from XXXXXX to XXXXXX on mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss
  TSM Server: XXXXXX
  Message: ANRXXXXX
  
  to the first line of text only:
  
  Message from XXXXXX to XXXXXX on mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss
  
  If the "Test" button is used to validate a configuration, then
  the message pop up box will not appear at all.
