  In the ClearCase ClearQuest UCM integration the user field in
  the login dialog should be read-only, as the program does not
  offer the opportunity to change the user.
  
  Steps to repro:
  
  Open a unix session for USER_1.
  
  Start xclearcase. Then, I go into a vob and try to check out a
  file.
  
  In the co window, choose New Activity. Choose between New Defect
  and
  New BaseCMActivity (the choice doesn't matter ).
  
  The CQ Login window appears, with a default value in the
  "Username"
  field,that is USER_1.
  
  Remove this value to enter USER_2 and the clearquest password
  for this
  user, then click the Login button.
  
  The connection fails. The "Transcript for : CheckOut" window is
  displayed with an error message, that login for USER_1 failed
  because of an incorrect password.
