IC41473: Logfile.wri fails to write to datastore machine after large manu al test.

Error description

• Problem Description:
  The customer has several projects.  Most are GUI testing.  One
  is manual testing.  When they run test cases that are large, the
  logfile.wri fails to write to the datastore machine and is lost.
  This problem does not happen on the GUI testing or on smaller
  test cases with manual scripts.  The software is all 2003 SR2
  versions.  Those people that are having this problem are on
  machines that were intially installed with 2003 SR2.  The people
  not having this problem are using machines that originally had
  2003 but had 2003 SR2 overlayed on top of them.  I have asked
  the customer to run the datastore repair utility on the project
  and he has done this.  He claims no errors were found.  We have
  investigated both the write permissions issue and free space on
  destination issues.  The customer claims permissions are good
  and that there is plenty of free space on the destination
  machine.
  
  Steps to repro:
  I have not been able to reproduce the error.

• No known workarounds.

  defect.
