Error description

  • Host Access Transformation Services, Version 5
    ----------------------------------------------
Chaining macros fails with error that the called macro does not
exist. The initial macro runs properly until it calls the next
macro in the chain. At that time, the macros stop. The following
error is logged in the server logs:
    [3/19/04 17:07:38:375 EST] 250a65af SystemErr R
    com.ibm.hats.
    common.HandleMacro.macroErrorEvent:
ERROR HPS5063 Received the following MacroErrorEvent while
    playing Host On-Demand macro:
MacroActionPlayMacro.execute(): A chained macro specified in
      MAC_1 macro does not exist.

Local fix

  • Do not use chained macros. Record a single long macro instead.
