Error description

  • When importing task routes in the IBM Content Collector
Configuration Manager, some user-defined metadata properties are
missing because they were not imported correctly.

Local fix

  • Contact IBM Software Support for help with manually updating the
configuration database.

Problem summary

  • When importing task routes that contain tasks with expressions
that use user-defined metadata mappings, the mappings are lost
and the expressions show up empty in the task configuration.

Problem conclusion

  • Starting with IBM Content Collector 2.2.0.4, user-defined
metadata properties are imported correctly.

Temporary fix

  • IBM Content Collector V2.2.0.3 LA18
