HE11729: IBM Content Collector fails to create a file stub for some files.

Error description

• For some files, IBM Content Collector fails to create a file
  stub. The log file of the File System Source Connector contains
  the following error message:
  
  
  Failed to process 'entity id' due to: Couldn't create shortcut
  file "file name" (error 0x51b - This security ID may not be
  assigned as the owner of this object.)

Problem summary

• To create a file stub, the File System Source Connector
  retrieves the security descriptor from the original file and
  passes this security descriptor to the "CreateFile" function. To
  retrieve the security descriptor, the File System Source
  Connector calls the "GetNamedSecurityInfo" function, requesting
  only the discretionary access control list (DACL) to be
  returned.
  
  On some Windows 2008 R2 SP1 systems, however, the
  "GetNamedSecurityInfo" function returns a security descriptor
  that contains an owner specification in addition to the DACL.
  Because setting a file owner requires additional privileges that
  are not available to the File System Source Connector, the
  "CreateFile" function fails and the following error is logged:
  
  Failed to process 'entity id' due to: Couldn't create shortcut
  file "file name" (error 0x51b - This security ID may not be
  assigned as the owner of this object.)
  

Problem conclusion

• Starting with IBM Content Collector 3.0.0 Fix Pack 3, the File
  System Source Connector uses a different Windows function to
  retrieve the security descriptor.
