Error description

• SCENARIO:
  Portal Settings in product Editor:
  Create configured part references=True
  1. Create a Action
  2. Create a part instance and configure it
  3. Add part instance as associated object to the action
  4. Add two modifications to the above part instance.
  5. Open part reference in Part Editor
  6. Add some child part instances to it.
  7. Resolve the effectivities once for add operation and
  second mod to be used for configure cut.
  8. Detach Effectivity shown by configure cut from the instance
  OBSERVED RESULT: Cannot detach a configured cut.
  EXPECTED RESULT: Configured cut should get detached as add
  effectivity does.

• THE PROBLEM WAS SUBMITTED ON : ENOVIA VERSION V5R19.
  THIS PROBLEM IS NOT REPRODUCIBLE ON : ENOVIA VERSION V5R21
  SP2.
  Additional Closure Information:
  The problem can be reproduced on R19SP9 level, but cannot be
  reporoduced on R20 and R21 levels.
  This implies that problem has already been fixed for the R20
  and R21 levels.
  Please refer "L2-Replay" attachement to the SR for the
  results.
