HE11050: Automatically add a funnel option does not work for the Cumulate d Angular dimensions

Error description

• Scenario:
  1. Open the CATDrawing and observe the cumulative angle dimensio
  ns.
  2. Right click on the dimension and go to properties.
  3. Observe that the option "'Automatically add a funnel" is chec
  ked.
  Problem:
  The cumulative angular dimensions do not arrange themselves in a
   funnel when created with that option.
  Expected result:
  Whent the funnel option is checked (default behavior), the angul
  ar dimensions should automatically be arranged in a funnel arran
  gement.

  Automatically add a funnel option does not work for the
  Cumulated Angular dimensions.
  Technical explanation of the defect:
  Funnels are not available for angle dimensions and hence for
  angle dimension system.
  Technical explanation of the correction:
   The option "Auto Funnel mode" should not be available on
  angle dimension system.Option Auto Funnel mode is disabled on
  angle dimension systems.
