  • Reproduced on V5R20 SP6 with customer DB
    Scenario:
    1.Start smarteam editor.
    2.Login to editor.
    3.Close smarteam editor.
    KO== > Error No: 32766
                Catastrophic failure
    4.After closing editor,license seems to be not released.
    Current Result== > After closing smarteam editor "error 32766: C
    atastrophic failure" is given.
                                 License doesn???t get released.
    Expected result== > Smarteam editor should get closed successful
    ly without giving any error.
                                  After closing smarteam editor, lic
    ense should get released.

Problem conclusion

  • NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R21 SP3.
    Additional Closure Information:
    This issue is fixed on SmarTeam V5R21 SP3.
