ABSTRACT: Different clash results in CATIA with and without cache. . SCENARIO 1) Start CATIA V5 (Without Cache ON) 2) Open "New.CATProduct" 3) Insert Test1.CATPart and Test2.CATPart 4) Open "New.CATProduct" In "DMU Space Analysis" workbench. 5) Select "Clash" command. 5) Select Type "Contact + Clash" Between all Components. 7) check Result Now Repeat Same Scenario With "Cache Setting ON" in Tool\Option\Infrastructure. The Clash Result is Different . This is the problem. Result Different clash results in CATIA with and without cache setting. Expected Result Clash results should Be same with and without cache Setting.

THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN I-PLM Collaborative Innovation Additional Closure Information: Incident Diagnosis: The output of Clash command is incorrect when not working with cache. Reason: A point which is located far away from the car cause Clash wrong result.The algorithm does not expect so Because of this Point present reason, the algorithm does not behave properly By-Pass: Hide the point, and run the Clash command.
