  Windows XP
  Windows Seven
  Windows Xp 64 Bits
  -Before Start CATIA
  -Modify the regional setting.
  -Go to control panel
  -Regional settings
  -Regional option
  -Format: Select Czech (Czech Republic)
  -Select Apply and OK
  1. File\Open
  2. Select 3dxml file
  Result: Visualization for the 3dxml file is not correct.
  If you reopen again the visualization is correct
  Expected result: Visualization should be correct.
  Problem not reproduced with another format (english)

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA V5R20 SP7.
  THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON CATIA V5R21 SP2.
  Additional Closure Information:
  This problem occurs for some "locale" but not for
  all. French, Danish ... are good
  Czech, Bulgarian ... are broken !
