HE06911: SolidWorks Toolbox Parts are not recognized in the SmarTeam Data Manager Tree after automatic release

Error description

• Customer Problem:- One of our customers,is experiencing an issue
  with the SolidWorks Integration for SmarTeam as it relates to t
  he SolidWorks Toolbox functionality. After a SolidWorks Toolbox
  part is created, saved, and automatically released to SmarTeam u
  sing the SmarTeam toolbox integration, the toolbox part file is
  not recognized in the SmarTeam Data Manager Tree in SolidWorks (
  it is an "unknown" state), however the file have a profile card
  created and the file was released.
  Environment setup and steps to reproduce:
  1. Start SolidWorks with the SmarTeam integration enabled. Login
   as "admin" user.
  2. SmarTeam Options in SWI - Do Not Save Configurations = CHECKE
  D
  3. SolidWorks Tools, addins - enable Toolbox Browser and Toolbox
   add-in for startup
  4. Share the SolidWorks Data\CopiedParts folder. On my system, i
  t is located on D:\SolidWorks Data\CopiedParts.
  Share permissions = Everyone - Full control
  Shared folder path would result in \\SERVERNAME\CopiedParts
  5. Toolbox options
  Create Parts = CHECKED
  Toolbox part folder = \\SERVERNAME\CopiedParts
  6. Close SolidWorks
  7. Start SmarTeam System Configuration Editor

  DIRECTORY_STRUCTURE.SHARED_DIR = \\SERVERNAME\CopiedParts
  8. Start SolidWorks
  9. Login to SmarTeam Integration as "admin" user
  10.Start a new SolidWorks assembly by going to File, New, select
   Assembly
  11. In the SolidWorks Task Pane, expand the Toolbox tree to Tool
  box\Ansi Inch\Bolts and Screws\Hex Head
  12. Select the Hex Finished Bolt from the toolbox browser and dr
  ag and drop it into the assembly graphics area
  13. In the SolidWorks Property Manager tree, pick a size for the
   toolbox part and select the confirmation button to complete the
   operation
  14. When prompted for a SmarTeam profile card for the new toolbo
  x part, select OK to continue with the save. SmarTeam will save
  and automatically release the toolbox part to the Standard class
  
  15. Click on the SmarTeam Data Manager Tree (DMT) tab. Notice th
  at the toolbox part is not recognized by SmarTeam in the DMT, ho
  wever a profile card was created for the file. THIS IS THE PROBL
  EM.
  Current Results: After the toolbox part is saved and released to
   SmarTeam, it is not recognized in the SmarTeam DMT within the S
  olidWorks Integration.
  Expected Results: After the toolbox part is saved and released t
  o SmarTeam, it should be recognized in the SmarTeam DMT within t
  he SolidWorks Integration
  Additional Notes: In troubleshooting this on our end, we found t
  hat the issue seems to be with the following attributes for the
  SmarTeam object of the toolbox part were not being populated cor
  rectly:
  TDM_COMPONENT_NAME
  TDM_SW_MASTER_CONFIGURATION
  TDMX_SW_CONFIGURATION
