  Incident Diagnosis:
  Message "Volumic boolean operations are not supported with
  available licenses"
  .
  Reason:
  It is possible to perform boolean operation between solid
  feature, or between volume feature with the correct licenses.
  Volume feature is created in a GS or in an OGS. The type of
  boolean operation (solid or volume) depends of the Define In
  Work Object at the creation of the boolean operation. In this
  case the DIWO is a Geometrical Set , so the software attempts
  to create a volumic boolean operation and as the license is
  not available, the warning message is displayed.

  By-Pass:
  The By-Pass is to set in DIWO the PartBody. The following
  scenario can be applied :
  - Load provided part (Geometrical Set is in DIWO)
  - Set PartBody in DIWO
  - Contextual menu on Body
  - Select Add operation
  - Body is added to the PartBody
