HE04084: Composite Grid Design -: Relevant Help Topic is not Displayed on pressing F1Key or Help>>CATIA V5 Help

Error description

• SCENARIO:
  1.) open a Composite Grid design example part from the online do
  cumentation
  2.) activate the composite grid design workbench
  3.) activate the function [i.e. a grid design function]
  4.) select F1 or go to Help->CATIA V5 Help
  5.) appropriate section of help documentation should open but it
   give error as No document is associated to the current command.
  - THIS IS PROBLEM.
  EXPECTED RESULT: The relevant help topic Should be displayed whe
  n F1 is pressed or Help>>CATIA V5 Help is accessed

  3. Virtual Stacking
  4. Plies Generation
  5. Ramp supports
  6. Swap Edges
  7. Reroute Contour
  8. Drop off management
  9. Standard contour
  10. create junction lines
  11. solid from iso-thickness
  12. no drop off area
  13. grid angle cut
  14. synchronize stacking
  15. limit plies from panel limits
  ADDITIONAL INFO:
  F1 also doesnt work for these function under Plies>>:
  1) Interactive Ply Table.
  2) Plies Symmetry Definition
  3) Merge Plies
  4) Material Addition/Add material to Ply
  5) Merge Stacking.
  I have opened the IR to User interface as this is not doc issue.
  the doc explanation is avaliable (Doc install PATH/online/CATIAf
  r_C2/cpdugCATIAfrs.htm) ...however it is not linked to the comma
  nd.
  However if this issue is not related to you, kindly transfer the
   IRs to correct responsible person

• THE PROBLEM WAS SUBMITTED ON :CATIA VERSION V5R20.
  THIS PROBLEM IS NOT REPRODUCIBLE ON :CATIA V5-6R2012 SP2.
  Additional Closure Information:
  Incident Diagnosis:Relevant Help Topic is not Displayed on
  pressing F1Key or Help>>CATIA V5 Help
  This problem is no more reproducible on the above mentioned
