HE04051: V4 CATIA models fail to read in Windows V5

Error description

• Scenario:
  1)Open specif .model file in CATIA V5.
  Problem: CATIA terminates with following error.
  "Runtime error R6031 attempt to initialize the CRT more then onc
  e then click OK to terminate"
  Expected Result:
  CATIA should not abend file should be opened properly.

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION 5 R22 GA.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R20 SP7.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R21 SP2.

  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  V4 CATIA models that fail to read in Windows V5.
  TECHNICAL EXPLANATION OF DEFECT:
  During the conversion of texte draw, there is a bug which
  makes us convert more than it should resulting failure in
  opening.
  TECHNICAL EXPLANATION OF CORRECTION:
  Code has been corrected now. Files will open correctly in
  CATIA V5.
