  The option "Synchronize all external references" is
  deselected without showing "Simulation Information".

  SCENARIO:
  1. Start CATIA V5R20SP3 & go to
  "Tools/Options/Infrastructure/Part Infrastructure" and make
  sure the option "Synchronize all external references when
  updating" is selected.
  2. Open "TEST.CATProduct".
  3. Select the command "Simulation with Commands". Kinematics
  Simulation definition window will open.
  4. Select "Mechanism.2" as Mechanism. Close the window.
  5. Go to "Tools/Options/Infrastructure/Part Infrastructure"
  and see the option "Synchronize all external references when
  updating".

  RESULT:
  The option "Synchronize all external references when
  updating" automatically gets deselected without showing any
  "Simulation Information".

  The "Simulation Information" should be shown when the option
