HD99181: Selection of rich text is invalid when attempting to restub documents

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When trying to restub documents, emails will fail to restub
  and thus change the CSNDArchiveID from the archive file name
  that points to the back end storage repository to the value
  "error".  The biggest problem is that the email gets corrupted
  and the attachment of the emails are not usable anymore.
  
  The trace log shows the following error condition:
  Error replacing attachment 'XXXXX'. Reason: Invalid parameter
  passed to function.
  
  The job document in the job database shows the following error
  condition:
  CSS7161E: Error: (UNID XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX): Error replacing
  attachment 'xXXXX'. Reason: Invalid parameter passed to
  function. XXXX= the values specific to the emails in question.
