Error description

  • The integration with Solidworks is not installed properly, SW
calls a wrong DLL (see attached picture).
On the same machine, we also have CATIA installed and there
    the integration works perfectly.
THE DEFECT OPENED FOR TWO INSTALLATION SCENARIOS for ENOVIA
    SmarTeam V5 / V5R19 SP8 / WIN XP SP2 / ORACLE-10.2.0.2
The problem is with SolidWorks 2010 - Integration (32-Bit)
for only such was certified with V5R19 SP8
Note: on both scenarios only SW2010SP1 installed on clean
client XP 32 Bit computer, and never SW2009 was installed
    Scenario 1:
    - On a Windows XP SP2 workstation
    - Install SolidWorks 2010SP1
    - Install SmarTeam V5R19GA (Editor - Role) with NO SolidWorks
    Integration
. (Manually deactivated "SMARTEAM - SW Integration")
    - Install SP8 for SmarTeam V5R19
    - activate the SolidWorks - Integration via 'Add or Remove
    Programs'
    . - sel 'SMARTEAM - Editor' -> "Change"
    . - Sel "Next"
. - Sel 'Modify' and "Next"
. - Below 'SMARTEAM Integrations', activate the "SMARTEAM -
SW Integration" and select "Next" to Install the integration.
But when starting SolidWorks after the
installation/modification has finished, the Integration still
points to 'sldautotraceu.dll' on my side and no integration
    file
    "SmarTeam.Std.Integration.SolidWorks.dll" has been copied to
    the ...\SMARTEAM\Bin directory.
    - On Windows XP SP2
    - Install SolidWorks 2010 SP1
    - Install Smarteam Editor V5R19 (Editor - Role) GA
-> SW-Integration is available and points to
    "...\SMARTEAM\Bin\SmWorks.dll"
    - Install SP8 for V5R19
-> Integration is no longer available!!
As shown in the attachached video file, the integration
points on my side to the following dll:
...\sldautotraceu.dll (SolidWorks - DLL) where it is expected
    to point to "SmarTeam.Std.Integration.SolidWorks.dll".
