HD98461: MASTER PROPERTIES SHOW NO PROPERTIES AVAILABLE IN CATIA V5

Error description

• Scenario:
  1) Open specific .model file in CATIA V5.
  2) Right click on *master in specification tree.
  3) Go to properties.
  Problem:
  CATIA shows error "properties of this element can not be
  displayed".
  Expected result:
  Properties panel should displayed with Comments tab
  containing no comments.

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON CATIA VERSION V5R21 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R20 SP4.
  Additional Closure Information:
  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  Master properties panel do not display.
  TECHNICAL EXPLANATION:
  If  *Master has no comments then it will not show the
  property panel so other properties available are not visible.
  TECHNICAL EXPLANATION OF CORRECTION:
  New tabs tab are added in panel. If there are some properties
  on tab it will display this properties.
