• FTA / Creation of Distance with other general tolerance than ISO
  2768 is not possible.

  .
  SCENARIO:
  1. Start CATIA and open a simple Pad with hole. (Switch to FTA W
  B).
  2. Select Tolerancing Advisor.
  3. Select the hole and select diameter option in the Semantic To
  lerancing Advisor window.
  6. The Limit of Size Definition window is seen.
  7. Select the General Tolerance
  .
  RESULTS:
  It is observed that only the ISO 2768 is available.
  User cannot use other standards than ISO 2768
  .
  EXPECTATION:
  There should be possibility for the User to use the
  other standard tolerances e. g. DIN 1680,
  DIN1683, DIN1686, DIN1688, DIN267, DIN ISO
  4759, MBN 10177, MBN 10293.

  Incident Diagnosis:
  Only general tolerances defined for ISO and ANSI are proposed
  by FTA. User wants to utilize other
  general tolerances. It isn't possible up to now.
  Development Request Justification:
  The general tolerances should be integrated in the standard
  xml files so as user can add new general
  tolerances. To have that capability, Standard xml files
  structure need to be modified, and new UI is
  to be enhanced to allow user add customized general
  tolerances.
