INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS: On Windows 7, the command definition panel and the line space in specification tree are bigger than on Windows XP. . EXPLANATION: This behavior is correct and is not a defect in CATIA. This behavior is due to Windows 7 display settings. . CORRECT USAGE AND EXPLANATION: In Windows XP, the fonts defined for message box text is tahoma and size is 8. In Windows 7, the font Size is Higher than 8 and the text is Segoe. Change the Font Size to 8 and Apply changes. This can be done by: Windows settings. Click on desktop / Personalize / Windows color and appearance / Advanced Appearance Settings : In Item field select Message box and then change the Font size = 8 and Text to Tahoma Restart CATIA. The Dialog box texts will be resized correctly and also the size will be uniform and not big.
