Error description
Scenario:- 1) Create test user with Admin rights in the Windows OS. 2) Log off and login with the Admin user. 3) Go to C:\Documents and Settings\test\NTUSER.DAT. 4) Modify the NTUSER.DAT to NTUSER.MAN. 5) Log off admin user and login with test user. 6) Launch Smarteam Editor V5 R19 SP7 with PLMDB database. Result ==> There appears an error message "Win32 Error - The profile for the user is a temporary profile." Expected Result ==> The Smarteam Editor should launch with the user test.

Problem conclusion
THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN I-PLM Collaborative Innovation Additional Closure Information: This issue is a permanent restriction. We are using Cryptographic Keys by CryptAcquireContext for user password encryption. So according to http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;264732 "Cryptographic Keys and Certificates Cannot Be Used with Mandatory Profiles" and http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;309408#5 "DPAPI and Mandatory Profiles" SmarTeam doesn't support mandatory user profile.
