Scenario: 1. Launch Smarteam Edior V5 R19 SP7 with PLMDB database. 2. Attach any drawing file to any test project. 3. Click on the viewer tab. 4. Go to File->Convert, and in the Conversion window, select PDF for the output type, and specify a path. Result => Error message "Invalid parameters in the output file, the conversion failed!" Expected result==> The file should get convert into pdf file.

THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN I-PLM Collaborative Innovation Additional Closure Information: === ODM Solution / Action Plan === At this time, conversion is only supported on a 32 bit OS. This is because there is no 64 bit version of the AutoVue Document Converter, the only way to get it to work with that driver is on a 32 bit OS. Some options you have: - install the AutoVue Document Converter on a 32 bit OS and share the print driver - use a PDF print driver that is supported in 64 bit and when you need to convert to PDF, do a file print instead - use AutoVue on a 32 bit OS === ODM Knowledge Management === Already documented in Product Limitations, page 4 (http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E15258_01/otn/pdf/E15259_01. pdf )
