Scenario Description: HBC cannot create a new document, using the Product Editor Window, attached to a part. . Step by step scenario: 1) Open ENOVIA 2) Open a PRC 3) Select a Part where you want to attach a new document. 4) Click on the Document tab. 5) Right Mouse button and select Insert New document. 6) Nothing happens.

Problem conclusion
THE PROBLEM WAS SUBMITTED ON : VERSION V5R19. THIS PROBLEM IS NOT REPRODUCIBLE ON : V5R21 GA, V5R19 SP8 AND V5R20 SP3 level. Additional Closure Information: The issue is UR on our environment. We were waiting for customer's reply but there is no response. Hence closing the PMR as UR.
