Error description

• Scenario:
  1. Start CATIA and go to Part Design workbench. Create pad
  2. Click Apply Material icon. Library panel appears.
  3. Without closing Library, open Catalog.CATMaterial.
  Workbench is changed to Material Library
  4. Exit Material Library workbench. Catalog has not been
  unloaded since it is still in use in the session. Click OK to
  terminate. This is the problem.

  CATIA should not abend and the CATMaterial should be normally
  closed.

  Open / Close default Catalog.CATMaterial, CATIA gets abend.

  CATIA does not abend anymore since the behavior is now
  corrected. The CATMaterial file is now closed without any
  abend.
