Error description

• SCENARIO:
  After saving a CATPart in *.igs format it was noticed that
  the size of the igs file is more than the CATPart size.
  In another case the size of the igs file was less than the
  CATPart size; However if the same igs file is saved again
  then the size of the igs file increases again.

  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The size of the igs file should not be greater than the
  original CATPart or original igs file.

  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  File size increases after saving in IGES format.
  .
  EXPLANATION:
  A CATPart file and an IGES file do not contain same kind of
  data which is why they do not have same size. After importing
  an IGES file, some new information is generated in CATIA. If
  this IGES file is again exported then we again get a
  different size between the first and the second IGES files.
  The difference of size between the first and the
  second-exported IGES file is due to the B-Spline data which
  is generated and saved in second IGES file. There is no
  difference in the accuracy of the IGES file. User should not
  compare the IGES and CATPart files.
