Error description

  • ABSTRACT:
    CATIA crashes ( Click OK to Terminate ) with SLA license when
    workbench is switched to Shareable SPA license
    SCENARIO:
    1. Prepare  CV5 R19GA on 64bit windows OS
    2. Delete all files under the path for ;CATUserSettingPath in
    R19 CATENV
    3. Put attached Licensing.CATSettings to the
    CATUserSettingPath direcoty
    4. Start  CV5 R19GA
    5. Open Part1.CATPart and Part2.CATPart
    6. Open new CATProduct by File > New
    7. Activate Part1.CATPart and click MB3 on Part1 of spec.
    tree -> Copy
    8. Activate the new Product and click MB3 on Product1 of
    spec. tree -> Paste
    9.  Activate Part2.CATPart and click MB3 on Part2 of spec.
    tree -> Copy
    10. Activate the new Product and click MB3 on Product1 of
    spec. tree -> Paste
    11. Switch workbench from Product Structure to Assembly Design
    12. Tools > Options > General > Shareable products tab, check
    on SPA license, and click OK
    13. Switch workbench to DMU Space Analysis
    RESULT:
    CV5 abnormally terminated with runtime exception. (Click OK
    to terminate.)
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Workbench should be switched without any problem even with
    SLA license.
