Error description

  • Scenario:
    1. Login to smarteam editor and open the "administrator
       options" window.
    2. Select the "workflow options" button.
    3. Select the "use workflow server" flag and save the change.
    4. Make sure that the workflow service is running on your core
       services server.
    5. Run a search for check in document and select it.
    6. Initiate the "ECF" workflow process on the checked-in
document so that you have the workflow process view on your
       screen.
    7. Click the "flowchart" tab.
    8. Right-click in the whitespace off the flowchart nodes and
choose "change flowchart." Select the flowchart
       "Drawing/Document Release - XXX."
    9. Assign the "joe" user to the first node after the start node
along any path. It doesn't matter which path you choose.
    10. Choose the appropriate "accept" option to send the workflow
from the start node to the next node that you chose in
step 10. The workflow process view will close.
    11. KO - you will not be able to find the workflow in the
smart box of the logged in user.

Expected result +> workflow should be there in smart box.
Now repeat the above steps, but before you create the new
document/workflow, turn off the "use workflow server" flag
under the administrator options. This time, after you route
the workflow off the start node, you will see it appear in
the smart box of the "joe" user.
