Error description
Test Environment: - Inventor 2010 Professional + Smarteam V5R19 SP6 +SmDemo Scenario: - 1) Open Inventor. 2) Go to Tools- Application Options - Assembly tab and set default level of detail to "Last active". 3) Create an assembly with 2 parts in Inventor. 4) Smarteam save the assembly and its parts. 5) Then, in Inventor, click the "Representations" item in the tree browser (bottom-left) Right Click "Level of Detail: Master" and choose "New Level of Detail". This will create a new level of detail called "LevelofDetail1" Now, with this new level of detail active, right click 1 part in the assembly and Choose "Suppress". 6) Click Inventor save and Smarteam save. 7) Now, close the assembly and reopen it in Inventor. 8) Here if we open the assembly from file----open---- Document Desktop The assembly is reopened with "Level of Detail: Master" active, instead of my newly created Level of detail. This means that the suppressed parts/assemblies are shown, which is a major problem when working on large assemblies! [This is the current Result] Customer expectation at step number 8:- The assembly should get open with "Level of Detail: New Level of Detail" active Here if we open the assembly from file-----open-----System Folders (i.e. from Inventor) it opens the assembly with correct Level of Detail i.e. with "New Level of Detail???
