Error description

• Create a product - PRC
  Configure it
  Create a Category and add two specifications ? I used Red and
  Blue
  Create an action and add effectivity of
        R(1 ? 9900) and CATEGORY|Red
  or R(88-9900) and CATEGORY|Blue
  Send the product to the product editor with this action and
  mod attached
  Add an instance.
  The effectivity is now
   R(1 ? 9900) and CATEGORY|Red
  or R(88-9900) and CATEGORY|Blue
  Now create another action
  Add the PRC as an associated object
  Create a mod with the effectivity of  R(88-9900) and
  CATEGORY|Blue and CATEGORY|not Red
  (to get the NOT red you have to right click on the spec in
  the selection panel).
  At R19SP3 ? the effectivity was simplified to R(1-9900) AND
  CATEGORY|Red
  At R19REL the effectivity is:
  R(1-9900 AND Category|Red
  or (R(88-9900) AND CATEGORY|Blude AND CATEGORY|Red
