HD91883: BEND CAUSES AN UPDATE ERROR BY DEFINING 0 001MM AS RADIUS

Error description

• Scenario:
  1.  Create simple rectangular wall on XY plane.
  2.  Create simple another rectangular wall on YZ plane.
  3.  Try to create cylindrical bend with 0.001mm radius.
  4.  It is not generated & gives error message.
  An unexpected error occurred during flattened build. This is
  problem.

  Cylindrical bend with radius 0.001mm should be created

  Incident Diagnosis:
  A Bend cannot be done when radius is equal to 0.001mm.

  Restriction Explanation:
  The resolution of CATIA modeler is 0.001mm. It is means that
  if the distance between two (edges or vertices) are minus or
  equal to this value. These edges look like the same edge. In
  case of a face, the length between two edges must be greater
  than 1.5 * the resolution. But in case of the part, the
  length of the bend in the flat view is equal to
  0.00157mm when bend radius is 0.001mm. The case falls under
  the resolution case. Hence bend is not created. This is
  restriction.

  By-pass:
  Create a Bend with value equal to 0.0mm or greatest than
  0.001mm.
