HD90939: AUTOVUE EMBEDED IN SMARTEAM EDITOR HAS AN ISSUE OF MEASURE.

Error description

• Scenario:-
  1) Open Smarteam Editor R19 SP6.
  2) Add the Catia part file to any project.
  3) Click on the viewer tab.
  4) Click on the measure tab and measure the edge length of
  the CAT part.
  KO == > The measured length shows 100 value in the inches
  unit which is not correct. The correct value is 100mm.

  Oracle AutoVue 20.0.0 desktop version has been certified for
  usage with Smarteam level V5 R20 SP3 onwards.
