Error description

  • SCENARIO:
1.Create three parts ROOT, SOURCE,RESULT and create
    following structure in Portal
    _ SOURCE
    ROOT-|
    - RESULT
2.Associate to SOURCE a CATPart containing
two published bodies and an empty CATPart to RESULT.
    3.Load
both DOCCADs in CATIA V5 in product mode, switch to Design
Mode and Copy/Paste Special(as result with link) the
    Publications of SOURCE.
4.Save the modifications and close all
    documents.
5.Load the document of SOURCE in CatiaV5,switch to
Design Mode and modify the geometry of one of the published
    entities.
6.Save the modifications and close the
    document.
7.Consequently, if we take a look at the Impact
Graph, we can see that one of the Links is not
    synchronized.
8.Then we open both DOCCADs, switch to Design
Mode for RESULT only, be actived in part RESULT and try to
    update. We get the Warning.
9.If we switch to Design Mode for
both DOCCADs, update RESULT, switch to Visualization Mode for
    SOURCE only and Save
    .
    RESULT:
    The modifications seem to be
taken into account, but the Impact Graph shows that the link
is not synchronized, even if the links are OK in Database. The
    link should be synchronized.
