HD88238: WHEN A PART IN GCO IS SENT TO NEW VPM NAVIGATOR, ALL OF PARTS A ND GCOS ARE SHOWN

Error description

• SCENARIO:
  1. Create GCOs and Parts with LCA JAVA Client. Some of the
  parts are created in GCO and some of the parts are created in
  root of PRC.
  2. Start VPM Navigator and Open the PRC in which all of the
  parts and GCOs were created.
  3. Select the part, which is not in a GCO. And run Send to NEW
  VPM Navigator.
  4. We can see the correct result. There are only the parts
  which user had selected.
  5. In this time. Select the part, which is in a GCO. And also
  run Send to NEW VPM
  Navigator.

  Problem - We can see the troubled result. All of the parts
  which were in PRC are opened, though user only selected one
  of the part which is in GCO.
  .
  Expected Result:
  The opened structure should show selected part along with its G
  CO and PRC.
