HD87590: FUNCTION SAVE PSN DOES NOT SAVE THE CONFIG HANDLER BROTHER IN THE PSN FILE

Error description

• Scenario in 3dcom :
  1. Create parts ROOT, P1, P2 & P3 and
     associate P1, P2 & P3 to ROOT, commit
  2. Set Configurable ROOT
     Range
     Option
     Personal
  3. Define a category & 2 options for ROOT :
     Option1
     Option2
  4. Define effectivity 1-1 with option1 for P1
  5. Define effectivity 2-2 with option2 for P2
  6. Create Config handler
     CH1 with the effectivity 1-1 & option1 and
     CH2 with the effectivity 2-2 & option2.
     Create Config handler brother CH_Brother by
     selecting CH1 and CH2
  7. In the PSN graph, select CH_Brother and display the
     PSN Graph.
  -> You have P1 P2 displayed.
     The config displayed is right because P3
     is not in the graph.
  8. Launch the function Save PSN.
  9. Load the saved PSN
  10. The PSN does not contain the Config handler brother;
      the 3 parts are displayed instead of only the two ones
  11. If we open the .psn file we can see that there is no
      information saved about the config handler brother in
      the line
      #4=Configuration_3((),(),(),(),-1) ;
