• STCAI / Character Length Limitation for Path To
  Copied Catia Parts

  With PLM DB database:
  1. Create a new CATIA part
  2. Save it in Smarteam as a standard CATPart
  3. Check it into smarteam
  4. When you open the part as read-only, select a
  directory to copy such that the name of the
  directory has approximately more than 170 to 190
  Characters.
  The problem: The part is opened as new part.
  Checked In Icon is not shown in the Specification
  tree.
