HD86564: WHEN MACRO IS RUN ON R18, ERROR OCCURS MOREOVER, TIF FILES AR E NOT CREATED

Error description

• Problem: When macro is run, error occurs
  moreover, TIF files are not created.

  Preparation
  Open Windows Explorer then copy the "TIFCONV"
  folder to C drive.
  (ex: C:\TIFCONV)
  .
  Scenario:
  1. Start CATIA.
  2. Start Explorer then open the "Data" folder which
  is in TIFCONV folder.
  3. Double Click "AlertFalse_ConvTif.exe" file.
  .
  >> Form1 window is displayed
  .
  4. Click start button (Left hand side button of the
  form) on Form1 window.
  .
  ACTUAL RESULT:
  After 2 TIF files are created, Error message is
  displayed, moreover, TIF conversion process is
  stopped.
  This is a problem.

  EXPECTED RESULT:
  When macro is run, error should not occur,
  moreover, 3 TIF Files should be created.

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON   VERSION V5R20 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R19 SP6.

  Technical explanation of the defect:
  During removal (i.e. close) of the document, some
  components try to load other documents, which is
  forbidden, and causes macro failure.
  Technical explanation of the correction:
  Now, in close document context, no attempt to load
  any document is performed.
  Possible by-pass and/or correction limitation:
