    SCENARIO:
    -Open Catia R18Sp3
    -Open CATProcess
    -Make an APT file of "Program"
    .
    -Open this process on R19Sp3
    -Force compute of program
    -Make an APT file of "Program"
    .
    -Compare the files of R18 and R19
    -There is difference on the circular interpolation
    between R18 and R19.
    -In the R19 apt file, the circle seems to be made in
    two parts.
    .
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    We should be able to generate this file with a
    circular interpolation in one part, like on R18.

    THIS PROBLEM IS NOT REPRODUCIBLE ON CATIA
    VERSION 5 RELEASE 20 GA LEVEL.

    Incident Diagnosis
    PMG - Circular Milling - Circular interpolation is
    done in 2 paths (2 circles).
    Reason
    this is a correct result; when a recover is defined, a
    circle greater than 2 PI is computed; in this case,
    the circle is splited in 2 circle arcs.  In general, if
    the problem occurs for specific NC, it's managed at
    the PP level.
